She is lead designer, decision maker, multitasker and problem solver — turning ideas into reality. She wouldn’t be able to balance design deadlines, business goals, and motherhood without her incredible husband and team!

Marketing + Business Strategy

The storyteller and strategist of the studio, Jonathan keeps Bren sane AND the business running like clockwork. He handles all things marketing and storytelling — basically the reason anyone knows what we’re up to. His calm, big-picture perspective and sharp ideas keep Chambers + Co growing and grounded.

Junior Designer

The one who turns messy sketches and scattered notes into actual, beautiful plans. Shelbie handles all of our 3D renderings, elevations and measurements — bringing every design to life with a wild amount of precision and creativity. She’s our secret weapon behind the scenes!

Project Manager + Admin

The ultimate organizer and the glue that holds us all together. Kate manages most site visits, creates all of our spec sheets and client guides, answers endless emails and keeps every single project (and Bren’s life) on track. If it’s organized and running smoothly, she’s 100% behind it!

Finances & Accounting

The numbers guy and resident realist. Victor keeps the books balanced, the business compliant and Bren blissfully unaware of tax code intricacies. Simply put — he’s the reason Chambers + Co runs smoothly (and why we can sleep at night).
