How do we get started?
Start by filling out our Project Inquiry Form so we can learn more about you and your space! Once we review your form, we will reach out with additional information about how we may be able to work together. From there, we offer a paid in-home consultation or Zoom call to discuss your project and design goals. Post-consult, we will send over a detailed design fee proposal for your review!

What does full service interior design mean?
Full-service interior design means you get to relax while we take care of the details. We lead the entire process — design, sourcing, project coordination, installation and final styling! It’s a true turnkey experience.

What areas do you serve?
We are based out of Atlanta, GA with a secondary office in Houston, TX. We proudly serve clients and projects both locally and nationwide. For non-local projects, communication is primarily virtual and we always provide a tailored travel budget prior to contract approval that outlines how often we’ll be on-site.

How will we communicate during the project?
We communicate with clients through email, scheduled calls and in-person meetings. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, EST. We step away from email on evenings and weekends to honor rest for both our team and clients!

Do you have contractors you can recommend?
Yes! Depending on your location and project scope, we can recommend trusted contractors and trades in both Atlanta and Houston. Some clients also come to us with their own contractor already selected — in those cases, we’ll happily collaborate, while all subcontractor communication remains with your contractor. We can also help connect you with additional trades (wallpaper hangers, painters, millworkers, etc.) as needed.
We are not General Contractors and will not operate in that role during your project. -
Can you include some of my existing pieces?
Definitely! We welcome favorite and sentimental pieces; those items tell your story and can help make a home feel lived-in and personal! At the same time, we’ll be honest about what aligns with the overall design vision and what may not be the best fit for the overall direction.

Where do you source products?
We pull from a variety of local shops, trade-exclusive vendors and reputable online retailers to create a layered, collected look that feels uniquely yours.

Who will I be working with?
At the start of your project, you’ll meet with Bren and key members of our team. Bren leads the overall design direction, project management, and selections. Our Project Manager, Kate, oversees the administrative details and handles the majority of site visits. You’ll be in communication with both Bren and Kate throughout your project to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What is your fee structure?
We structure our process and fees into three different phases throughout the project. For a custom quote, please fill out our project inquiry form on our contact page. Here are the three phases:
Phase I: Design Concept Development
Phase II: Design Presentation and Project Management
Phase III: Installation and Styling
